Hotel Royal Castle

Nice place for family and friend's get-together and party. The Ambience is good. Food tasted great especially the salads. They have sufficient space for parking as it's a corner building. Overall a good experience.

Attended a party there which is gone disaster on that day, nothing to talk about room, m here to talk about party hall, they do not have proper electricity backup, they were not running air conditioning properly, every one was feeling hot on that day and even after asking so many times they were not making the ac unit cool, the worst part is there manager and supervisor, the supervisor was very ill mannered and was very rude with the guest, don't believe how they are running the hotel, supervisor was ill mannered illiterate ,please don't waste money on such place, they make your party mood to worst

It is good hotel for stay for small period because its rates little bit high for long duration. I think they never gave you any discount. For organizing the small parties and get together place is good. Their serving staff is also good. For your attention always clear your money matter early before planning anything here. They charged everything from you if anything not been clear early. Their taps are old in washroom so be careful they can break and you will get charged for it. You can came here and enjoy the event but don't expect anything exceptional here its normal one.

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Worst staff, worst MC owner. Unhygenic, unsafe and not even worth a 1star rating. Pls check this review before booking it. MMT or othwr platforms may show good rating but its not accurate. Even the restro "Amantaran" they run is worst in taste and service. They serve hard drinks in steel glass and staff is not aware of bar rates.

I booked two rooms in this hotel through TripFactory.com last year. Had taken my family members for an engagement ceremony. We checked in a little late (5pm). The check in was hastle-free. The rooms were clean, so was the bathroom. Linen were clean. We were provided packaged water for each person. The ACs were working great else we would have died in the high temperature of June. |The staff members were friendly. We weren't charged extra for the bed (had booked two rooms for 6 people). |We did not taste the restaurant food as we had stayed only for one night. The check out was hassle free too. I didnt find an elevator in the hotel, hence, it could be a little difficult for elderly people to climb up and down the steep staircase..|All in all, a good property. |
