Super Townhouse Eden Garden Zirakpur

Had a pleasant one-night stay at Eden Garden Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location and good amenities. A great option for a short stay!

Friendly staff, clean hotel, there is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside. After knowing that this hotel provides family friendly services, I went there with my partner and kids. We thoroughly enjoyed their services.Highy recommended.

Last week i was visited that hotel with my family.. the worstest hotel i ever seen. We take a dulex room but there was no towel,no soap,no drinking water, even a glass .even bed cover & pillows were dirty enough.. next day when we used bathroom tap water was finished ,we asked for water several times but no response from their side.. we stayed there for 3 days but they don’t clean the room not for a single day. Ever during check out they take 200 extra for no reason. Stuffs behaveour was not so good. I ‘ll never ever recommended this hotel to anyone.

Needs to improve their services common washroom door handle is broken when i come on very first day and m staying here from last 12 days but still they cant repair that or change that its still in same condition .... doing moping without phenyl or anything just with wet cloth .. common dustbins are not covered and smelled foul ... no body see anything .... bs chlra h ye system h

Do not book this hotel ...I said do not if you don't want to regret.....This is a cheap 500 room like hotel....Its not even townhouse.....There is not a single good room in this hotel. We have to change 3 rooms and still suffered whole time. Every room has faulty AC....smelly bathroom.... uncleaned beds and bedsheets. Geyser is also not functional. Staff behaviour is very unprofessional..they have kept local boys as staff. Its very outer in zirakpur no cabs takes ride in uber ola from here or to here.
