I stayed at this hotel in 22may 2025 and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room was much smaller than expected and felt cramped. On top of that, the condition of the room was not good — the furniture looked old, the walls had marks, and overall it didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. I raised my concerns with the staff, but nothing was done to improve the situation. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Absolutely horrific experience at Royal Heritage Hotel, Abu Road. Stayed here in the peak of summer, and the AC was completely non-functional, leaving us sweating and miserable the entire night. To make matters worse, the refrigerator in the room was broken, so no cold water or drinks were available. The staff seemed indifferent to our complaints, offering no solutions or apologies. Basic amenities were either missing or in pathetic condition. This hotel is an utter disappointment and not worth a single rupee. Save yourself the torture and avoid this place at all costs!

Royal Heritage Hotel in Abu Road is an absolute nightmare. The AC didn’t work at all during our stay in scorching summer heat, leaving us miserable all night. The room’s refrigerator was broken, so no cold water or drinks. To top it off, they don’t provide bills and insist on cash payments, claiming it’s to avoid GST. This shady, unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a so-called hotel. The staff was unresponsive to complaints, and the amenities were in deplorable condition. Avoid this place unless you want a torturous experience and zero accountability. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

Royal Heritage Hotel in Abu Road is a disgrace to hospitality. Our stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The AC was utterly useless in the brutal summer heat, forcing us to endure a sleepless, sweat-drenched night. The refrigerator in the room? Completely dead, leaving us without even a sip of cold water. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they refuse to provide bills and demand cash payments, smugly admitting it’s to dodge GST—a blatant scam that screams unprofessionalism. The staff couldn’t care less about our complaints, offering zero solutions or even basic courtesy. The so-called “amenities” are a joke, with everything either broken or filthy. This hotel is a shameless rip-off, preying on guests with its deplorable service and shady practices. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dump unless you enjoy being cheated and tortured. Never again!

Stayed overnight on our way to Mount Abu. Had a very comfortable stay in good and spacious room with very good hospitality with the courteous staff and the owner Mr. Tosher Contractor. Lovely ambience too. Very good and prompt service on our request to fix the hand faucet. Very tasty breakfast with aromatic tea.

I had an amazing stay here. The food is amazing and staff is also helpful. I tried Poori bhaji and Poha, both were really nice. Inside parking. Located near the railway station, so connectivity is also good. Finally, the price is really affordable.

Hello everyone, This place is located in a good location but doesn’t matter, hospitality is zero, way of talking was improper. Charging 30/- for a water bottle of bisleri and no complimentary water bottle in the room.
