The hotel manager is worst. Once we did the payment he showed his true face abd started behaving very rude and arrogant. Charges extra. Rooms are not even worth of 500 rs. Please don't visit at all.

People come to visit mount Abu and they book this hotel which is very far (30 Km) from mount Abu. And the property is located in the main market area infront of bus stand and Railway Station. Now coming to the hotel, the hotel is listed on MMT which should be removed immediately because the price is very high and the rooms are extremely dirty. Washroom is stinky and doesn't have basic amenities. The rooms are unhygienic and bedsheet and pillows were full of stains and insects were roaming everywhere inside room. We booked two rooms and they gave only one AC remote, in the morning they turned off the AC by themselves. The experience was extremely horrible and I would have rated negative if it was possible. Think 1000 times before you try to plan your booking of this property.

The worst hotel of Abu road ever I found in my life. I have ordered Handi Biryani which costs 150 rupees,the hotel authority served only 50gm of biryani for 150 rupees. Taste was dirty ..Only spicy..Negative recommendations. Don’t go for the restaurant.

Food was very bad. Moderate experience. Ordered south Indian and they served a cold dosa with chutney.. Replies from the staff was not goot while ordering food. Owner's behaviour is good but not the staff.

Very bad experience. Booked this for a short duration of stay before boarding a bus, charged almost for a complete day. Staff was negligent, rude and acted as if doing a favor. We were promised that we can use television in the room ( had to catch up on a match), which did not work once we were in the room. Air conditioner was controlled manually using a master control from the staff ( switched off whenever they wished). Remote controller was kept locked until we asked them for it consistently. We were supposed to check out at 12, which we were about to do, in the meantime staff turns up at 11.55 and asks rudely to vacate. Better service is available at a much cheaper price, please opt for that, dont go by the looks of it.

Please Don't visit in this restaurant, as very poor quality food is served in this hotel. Ordered daal fry as it is common vegetable in restaurants ..... but when order is served daal and water both are like fighting with each other to survive. Please it's humble request... don't visit in this restaurant.
