Hotel Suhagan Height

Not suitable for families or couples. We had booked a Super Deluxe room with a road view but were given a basic room, even though we had informed them well in advance about our late check-in. At 11 PM, we had no choice but to accept it. Both rooms had dirty floors, and one was next to a common toilet that the staff never kept closed, even after repeated requests. There were no drinking water bottles, no hot water, and only five towels for six people. The atmosphere was chaotic—loud music from the ground floor and strong smells of alcohol and smoke from upper floors made it feel more like a party hostel than a hotel. Some staff members even seemed intoxicated. Also, most reviews online are very old and don’t reflect the current reality. This place may suit those looking for a late-night party scene, but it’s definitely not meant for families, couples, or anyone expecting cleanliness and basic comfort. The only reason this review gets even 1 star is for one staff member who helped us load and unload our luggage politely during both check-in and check-out. Aside from that, the experience was very disappointing.

Room was Dusty. And Mouse 🐁 are there . TV NOT working. AC not working. Room service was very poor. Rooms service very bad

Location proply work nhi karti ish hotel ki Staff behaviour not good as well as owner also don't respect customer Not properly attention room cleaning Room geezar not work and I got fever So I don't want to recommend any body to choose this for stay Thank you

Excellent hotel property at taleti of Abu road, location wise perfect , perfect stay property for those people going to mount Abu for night stay , just stay at this place then after move to mount Abu at morning, & njoy hill journey at morning time , its last property of Abu road after this property just start mount Abu ghat road. Very neat & clean property, main thing is nature of manager is superb very cooperative person.

Hotel was booked solid, but we got our reservation just in time. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with authentic Indian style breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you!

I AM NOT AT ALL AN OYO CUSTOMER. MY REVIEW IS FOR HOTEL PEOPLE ONLY OYO IS NO WHERE RELATED TO MY REVIEW. NICE HOTEL WORTH STAYING WITH FAMILY. ENJOYED MY STAY ON 28/7/19. STAFF REALLY SPONTANEOUS AND RESPONSIVE. LITTLE COSTLY BUT IN SEASON NO ISSUE.
