Room was OK.. But food was really pathetic. Rooms were booked by oyo for which I paid quite a good amount in advance and that was a biggest mistake I made. Included breakfast was good enough to make me feel that I am a beggar or a well misguided stupid person by OYO. Hotel Manager was asking me to Give good ratings but I told him that I can't make people fool as you all made me. Hard to admit in public.😟😟 I strongly recommend everyone not to give advance payment to any Hotel without seeing it properly. Thanks for reading Bharat Gulati

Pathetic hotel service, first of all room was booked on OYO but owner tell the price is less. OYO rates are somewhere around 700 to 800 rupees and owner say 1800 rupees. The room are not worth it. Seems around range of 500 rupees. No hot water. Owner is a cheater and offers no service what you check while booking. Not recommend

Worst experience, poor facilities and services,hotel rates are not in sync with OYO. Let me explain. After you get an online confirmation from OYO that your booking has been confirmed at Shiv shakti hotel at XYZ price, and when you check-in to the hotel ..owner will not allow you ..as he will ask for an additional price , and will then agree for an offline booking at a much higher price, trust me at this point of time OYO will not at all help you regardless number of calls you make on helpline and ask for their help. Also, OYO might confirm your booking with breakfast, but hotel owner will not agree and will ask you to pay for breakfast. Description: * Dirty washroom, no service even if you request them to do so. * Multiple mosquitoes in the room, as it's located in a green area, despite asking politely hotel owner will not provide All out or any other mosquito repellant * Torn and dirty pillow covers * Food is OK but over-priced Hotel is just ok to pass a night that too without family, in case you need it in urgency, otherwise should be avoided. Not worth it.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Hotel Shivshakti next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel shivshakti

Good place to stay here.Room service is good, But this is not in mount abu, this is in abu road, I suggest you to book hotel in mount abu. Qki mount abu pure pahad per he. Jo abu road se approx 21 km door h. Uper jane k ly ap jeep 🚙 se ja skte h 30-50 per head. Sham ko jeep milna muskil hota h esly vahi hotel book kero. And use bike, scooty, car rent service there.

Good for easy and commom breakfast, lunch and dinner. But now they are doing efforts to improve their qualities as well as the requirements and expectations of customers like me must be satisfied. I hope it will be done and in future I can take benefits of them all. So, do visit it once.

We stayed at hotel shiv Shakti for two nights and one day. we had booked two rooms. . There is no geyser in the bathrooms.Supply of hot water starts at 8a.m. we had to leave by 7 a.m.on both days we took bath in cold water. Install geysers in the bathrooms so that travellers are not inconvenienced.AC was not working. poor maintenance. For the cost the facilities should have been up to the expectations.Bed sheets and towels were changed on request.

Hotel at good location. Restaurant is attached. Served delicious food and prompt. Owner behaviour is very polite. Value for money.
