Hotel is not good if you book basic rooms, book the expensive one. Far from dirty blanket and staff didn’t gave another blanket, had to sleep without blanket at 13 degree Celsius

Never visit this hotel. Manager is feeling himself like a DON. No any channels are in tv, only doordarshan was there. Owner is also treating like a DON. No service. Worst room. It's better to sleep in a car but pls don't visit. 500 rs. Ki room ki aukat nahi hai aur 2000-2200 lete hai.

If there can be a zero rating, I would have given that here. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. We booked a stay a month prior & the owner didn’t discussed the room facilities took our money and booked a Non AC room. When we reached we demanded a refund but he didn’t gave that too. And the room stinks are so un-hygienic. On giving review he said even other people stay here. Totally unprofessional, rude and disrespectful behaviour. He has opened a whole hotel and not even know H of Hospitality. Not recommended at all.

Bad place to visit. Owner is too rude. I have booked 3 rooms a month before with full payment in advance. At the time of check in he told us there is no Booking. But after a lot of discussion and proof he agreed what we have booked. After that the rooms are not cleaned as well and smell too bad. At the end we have to cancel the booking and the owner declined to pay even 70% refund. Be aware tourists I would specially recommend NOT to book this hotel at all!! Not at all polite and doesn't know any hospitality and have opened a Hotel.

Liked: Location was easy and road touch. Easy to roam around abu road and mount abu. Disliked: Property is new but very poorly constructed. Safety or security as its totally open from front and back side, without a single security personnel. Rooms are spacious but not clean. No dustbins, no cleaning. AC is there but AC remotes are not available. You have to ask it many times to get a remote. Jet spray was broken in my room and washrooms were smelly because it was not cleaned properly. Jet spray didn't repaired even after complaining many times. One cannot use washrooms in their own room!! Consider this hotel as a last option. Its not a hotel actually, it can be called as lodge with multiple rooms.

It was very pathetic experience. Trust me! Go for some other hotel. This was the worst experience ever. They will call you by getting the online money and then not gonna provide you the basic necessities in hotel. Address of the hotel is also wrongly mentioned it's not on hill. Room was super dirty, bed sheets and pillows were pathetic not washed one. Room walls were damp and stinky. Washrooms smells horrible.

Location was okayish as this is located right at the bottom of Abu. Things to consider 1. powercut offs are frequent. They have generator which they will start after 30 mints of observation. 2. Staff is polite but they donot know how to serve guests.(they will start knocking your doors from 8:30 am They dont care if you are in washroom or sleeping. Checkout time is 9:30 which is way too early as people in abu party and sleep late and waking up early is not possible. 3. They cook fresh everything(chicken was salty and they didnt bother to check about it. Service is slow) 4. Rooms are very small 5. Wifi doesnt work. tv doesnot have service. 6. Basic waterbottle and tea bags are not available. 7. 1 towel per room with 2 occupants. 8. No moisturiser/shampoo available. Will not recommend it to anyone

There are many reasons to avoid this hotel. if you are reading it and the book this hotel then you are hopeless 😔 1. 22 km away from mt.abu, two hours travel in busy hours in one way 2. Super dirty hotel, no intercom, no hot water, no kitchen, asks neighborhood for its food orders 😀 3. Rude and illitrate staff. 4. Asks more money when you come through any online portals, portals don't interven and you will be looted to avaid last minute cancelation 5. Staff comes often to break your privacy as fun 6. No hot water for bath in mount abu cold weather is intolerable. 7. Food order will be total Waste of money
