We had a pleasure staying in hotel Khadim. We booked super deluxe room. It appeared that recently renovation work was carried out. Only thing it was lacking was bad maintainance of dining hall and kitchen. It is a fantastic property. Probably being a government institution and apathy of staff is has lost is grace. Food was simple and tasty and staff were well mannered.

Only location is nice...rest pathetic rooms even after renovation....better to stay on platform rather than taking rooms at such over priced rates ....see attached pictures...very unhygienic rooms

The best thing is it is near to bus stand,so connectivity is amazing,then although it is govt peoperty but still well maintained.because it is not five star property so i will not say anything about service.yes rooms are good.

Just a few days ago I went to Ajmer.I had stayed in RTDC before but this time the experience was different.After the renovation work, the rooms had become completely different.Really, it seemed no less than a private luxury hotel. The old TVs and ACs were removed and new smart TVs and ACs were installed.The chairs and tables were also new.The experience of the bed and the lights in the room was wonderful. My three days passed quite easily here. The food in the restaurant here could be even better but still I liked its parathas, tea and lunch thali.It is kid friendly, has a garden area outside and plenty of parking space.And yes, if you are fond of partying a bit in the evening,you will also find a bar on the first floor where you can spend a nice evening. The behavior of the receptionist and cook here was also very good.

The quilt covers were missing and due to this the quits were dirty and we had suggested to provide covers so that it can be washed and the quits will look clean and neat. Liquid soap was not provided and when we asked the manager replied it can’t be provided, so it is requested to do the needful
