Hotel Sukoon

Very bad experience. Rooms are unhygienic. Bedsheets pillow covers, blankets everything is dirty. There were insects inside. No room service. Sockets were broken. AC was not working. No room service available. No amenities and toiletries. Overall pathetic experience

Hello Friends, I will recommend you all to ignore this hotel and Visit any other because the person who is Manager(Narayan) here not having understanding and the skills to speak up with customer. I have just given key 1hr late so he is charging me for full day so I was like I m ready to pay for half day but he is like fully in attitude and asked us to pay for full day. According to amount which we pay Hotel is worthless and the service too & mannerless manager

Related to the service - It was an very pathetic service from Sukoon hotel. The room was not cleaned properly after informing the Manager Mr Narayan he didn't respond to the problem we were facing at the time of check in. Our check in date was 3/9/2024 at 8 AM. And our check out timing was at 9:30. We got late by one and half hour late. And we were ready to pay for that extra hours. But Mr Narayan who had a word with us was not at all understanding person. He forced us to pay the full amount infact we didn't wanted to stay till next day. We also had given him suggestions that you can take extra money for the extra hours. But he was like no you have to pay the full amount. After all this we have paid the entire amount to the Sukoon Hotel. But I would like to recommend you all do not go to this hotel. Instead in the same room charges what you pay here you will get more better hotel and services.

Not good facility availabe in room n many cocrochs in the room hot water not available in a bath and staf was very rood n strikt I dont like this hote

Hello, I have visited this hotel yesterday at 8 morning and today I have given key 1hr late so he asked me to pay full day and m ready to pay half day amount. But person Manager (Narayan) is the worst and rude with the behaviour so try to ignore this hotel because of The behaviour and service is also poor

PLEASE DON'T COME IN THIS HOTEL VERY UNHYGIENIC ROOMS AND BEDS .EVEN BEDROLL ARE VERY DIRTY EVEN THEY DON'T HAVE TOILET PAPER ALSO AND THE STAFF IS ALSO VERY RUDE.
