Hotel Arzoo Palace Ajmer

During my recent stay, I encountered severe issues with my room that made the experience deeply unpleasant. Upon entering, there was a strong chemical odor in the room, which the manager dismissed as harmless. However, despite their assurances, we soon discovered multiple bed bugs crawling on the bed, as well as small cockroaches in different areas of the room. The room had a strong smell of poison. When we informed the staff about the bugs, the response was extremely disappointing—they were rude, unhelpful, and the manager repeatedly ended our calls without addressing our concerns. Although we were eventually moved to another room, this room also had cockroaches. Additionally, while shifting rooms, I left a valuable watch on the bed in the initial room. Despite raising the issue, the room boy claimed not to have seen it, and the manager offered no assistance in locating it. This watch holds both financial and personal value, and the hotel’s lack of accountability was frustrating. THE WORST HOTEL EVER 👎👎

Unhygienic room... unhygienic bathroom.... cockroach smell is all around the room dirty curtains dirty bet and dirty blankets..tv is not working ac is not working properly....no essential in washroom..lock of the room and wardrobe is not working properly... overall such a worst experience and waste of money this is 1st hotel tale advance payment So many people are traveling with me and my famaly

The service of the hotel is very bad. The hotel staff does not talk politely and uses the word 'ger'. The hotel people take more money from the customers. Please do not book a room in this hotel.

Very bad experience with the owner and staff, they gave us false information that saturday and sunday all atm are closed in Ajmer and when my father said that it is not possible then he behaved very rudely and said you city don’t have dargah our city have, we will give you cash but it is chargeable but we denied as he was very greedy and alhamdolillah found the atm and also when we asked him to take care of our luggage (expensive bag) as we were going outside he said rakhdo kahi bhi, overall bad hotel

Read my reviews before booking this hotel. If you really wanted to spoil your trip and mood then you should book this hotel. Owner Rajesh is utter greedy,lier and nonsense person never he in his word everyday he is changing his word and no value for commitment only things he cares about is money. They have stolen my wife mobile phone too however thanks to good device admin I located my device from another phone and cought thief red handed Room is very small and unhygienic Around 1.5km from dargah Sharif No room service , toilet is stinky Floor is dirty and even there intercom is not working Please even if your getting this hotel for free don't opt for this as they will spoil ur complete journey and mood
