Hotel Khwaja Palace

Service is 3rd class. Fan not working, No cleaning in Bathroom, dirty bedsheets and pillows, charging trouble, insects are roaming around in the whole room. Hotel management took the ID details and then forced to pay the money. Insisted on staying in hotel, they took IDs at check in and after asking multiple times they returned at check out time. There is no safety and staff is not at all cooperative.

Staff not helping. They force me to pay on just making enquiry and charge too costly for such a bad service. Feeling upset, Non hygienic place to live. Regret on this🤢
