Flagship 80809 Uttam

Poor service , room was not cleaned as per to be. The behaviour of reception is very rudely, don't know how to talk, the windows of room is unsafe I think once who stay there will never be the choice for next time. Bathroom was not cleaned, the bedsheets was very dirty and blanket was also unavailable. Lots of stain stuck on white bedsheet. No cleaner in room .

Very bad experience,no hot water in chilling cold, no sweepers to clean ,dustbins full up to brim, most important very bad behaviour of the person sitting at the reception.
