**Hotel Review:** I recently stayed at Hotel Alishaan and was thoroughly impressed. The luxurious accommodations were both spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was exceptionally attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.

I stayed here with my family for four days, and we had an overall good experience. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortable. The hotel service was satisfactory, with friendly and attentive staff, particularly the cleaning guy, who were always helpful. However, I found the staff at the reception to be a bit rude, though the food and cleaning staff were good and humble. I didn't order food from the hotel, as I chose to dine out at the nearby restaurants. Main positive is the hotel's location which is incredibly convenient—just about 150 meters from Dargah Sharif. There are also plenty of shops and dining options in the vicinity. Overall, I believe this is the best and most affordable option for anyone visiting Dargah Sharif.

Location was good, near to Dargah. But food Quality is very bad. Room service is OK but Room facilities is not upto the mark. TV is not working properly, heater is not working properly. Needs to improvement in such category..

This is the second time I stayed here. First time experience was phenomenal a year ago but this time Staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Rooms were dirty. Less staff and delay in deliveries. Both men on the counter were unfriendly. I booked 15 days early still basic things were missing in room. Broken set top box, soap holder, hand spray. Roof top was tidy. Even no water and glasses in the room. Definitely not going to stay here again. To owner: are actually reading the feedbacks and addressing them? It seems u are copying the same response to each feedback review and not bothered of the issues.

Worst hotel Manager doesn’t even know the difference between am and pm Manager was arguing for next day’s amount even though we checked out at 11:55.
