We checked in on 4th July at 5 am in the morning before taking money they were behaving very nicely and after that they didn't listen to even one complain. The room was smelling very bad, shower was broken, washroom lock was broken, there were cockroaches on the walls and floors, when we asked to change bedding one guy came with a single bedsheet and changed it that's it no new pillow cover not even the smelly blanket were replaced we were 5 members and booked an AC room so we wanted an extra blanket at the time of check in they said they will send it and when we asked for a extra blanket they said nhi hai hamare paas and sprayed some sort of liquid as an air freshener may be but it made it even worse because the moisture made the smell even worse we asked for room change they said the hotel is full we can't do anything so we asked to refund the money we will check out they said Jana hai to jao paise nhi milenge refund nhi milta yaha. We had an emergency had to cut out trip short after 2 days so my brother was searching for return tickets and we asked we are checking out at day 2 atleast give us our half money back they said no Jana hai to jao paise kuch nhi milenge I argued a little they said talk to the committee I said okay give me the number he said no subah 10 baje aana abi nhi baat krwa skta I said we are leaving in the morning may be at 6 or 7 how can we talk to them at 10 so he said mujhe nhi pata wo sb aapko Jana hai to jao. our emergency was solved we didn't have to return that day so my brother again asked to change the room they finally agreed saying AGLI BAAR YAHA MAT AANA who wants to stay at a place like that they were behaving as if we were staying there for free after changing the room we asked for some hot water as there is no geezer in the bathroom (we came from taragadh by walking) they said morning me 7 baje aana it was 5 in the evening and the lift was not working we checked out at 10 july 11 am they charged us extra 1350rs saying checkout ka time khatam ho gaya hai aapka they didn't even remind us beforehand that we have to checkout at the same time as check in. The hotel food was worse smelling and looking wierd so we didn't order anything as we saw plates outside the rooms full of food kept there and looking wierd so we took the parcel from other restaurants and they said khana bahar se lana allowed nhi hai yaha. They used to switch off AC we have to call them every time please ac on krdo. I regret not taking the number of committee members about whom the receptionist was talking about I want to complain it to them. It was worst stay at a hotel I ever had.

This was my second visit to Ajmer. We had identified the hotel. It was quite good for the first time. The second time I came to Hotel Hindalbali Darbar, we asked for a room from them. Though the rooms were good but the staff here was very disappointing Which felt so dirty to me, the way of talking is very dirty, there is no way to talk to the guest, who is the guest or is he a regular guest, the way of talking to them, dirty tongue came with us The people who visited the hotel also felt guilty. I suggest that whenever you come to Ajmer, avoid coming to this hotel if you want to save your family from listening to dirty words.

If you want something for yourself and your family then try to avoid Hotel Hindalwali, the staff here does not even have the way to talk, they are saying what to whom, if you want to take it then take it otherwise look somewhere else, this type of hotel is available in hotels like Hindalwali. This is the tone of the staff here, whenever you come to Ajmer, avoid this hotel, thank you 🙏🏼

1.Quality of Service:"The staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Every request seemed to be a bother to them, and they lacked basic customer service skills. One staff member even raised their voice when we asked for extra towels. Very disappointing. 2. Cleanliness:"The room was filthy when we checked in. There was dust on the furniture, stains on the carpet, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Housekeeping standards are clearly not maintained."Amenities:"The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent, and the swimming pool was dirty and uninviting. The gym equipment was outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, the amenities were severely lacking. 3. Room Comfort:"The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was cramped and poorly ventilated. The air conditioning barely worked, and there was constant noise from the street, making it impossible to sleep. 4. Food and Beverage:"The breakfast was terrible with very limited options and poor quality food. The restaurant staff was inattentive, and the room service took forever to deliver cold and unappetizing meals. When we complained, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. 5.Safety and Security:"The security at the hotel was a major concern. There were no visible security measures, and anyone could walk in and out without being questioned. I did not feel safe during my stay. 6.Staff Misbehavior:"I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff who were not only unhelpful but also downright rude. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the room, the staff member made sarcastic remarks and refused to assist further. This level of disrespect is unacceptable.

There service is really very bad.. they just trap costumer. And there prices are very very high as compared to other hotels there.

The service is poor and staff are careless. AC are not working and tv also. Price are so high so please Don't waste money and be alert from taxi drivers. Try next guest house but never come to here.

Bad experience by hotel manager & staff If you hire Ac rooms they disconnect it everytime & say local fault and washrooms is weird by dirtiness so hire any hotel of ajmer except HINDALWALI HOTEL because you feel fraud after giving money
