Hotel Kingsway - Hotels in Ajmer

We have booked for 2 days even after informing to hotel the room was not ready for early check-in. The hotel room was smelly and lot of cockroaches roaming all around.There was big hole on ceiling of bathroom and smoking smell.

Worst hotel experience there were cockroaches in the room not 1 but many of them and the bathroom 🤢 literally this emoji was my reaction when i saw the bathroom. Food was good Only 1 or 2 staff people are good rest of them thinks they are oversmart The person sitting in the reception is oversmart telling and asking unnecessary things ,usseless things Some of our things got stolen too. The only good thing is its near to dargah Sharif that's it Not recommended for staying 👎

I can't even give it a star. 1 just to post this Utter rubbish place. Rude receptionist (the guy who wears a wig) Charging foreigners a fee to fill in the Form C. Filthy bathrooms , leaking water from the ceiling , bathroom had moss growing on the ceiling, while taking a shower the celing was rotting and dropping due to it being so bad condition. The blankets do not smell nice at all .Just overall very unhygienic. Starting with rude behavior to the cleanliness of the place its a pure dumpster. Honestly wonder why or how which ever council is responsible of approving or renewing licenses to operate even pass a place like this . If your new to ajmer of visiting first time . Don't panic and rush into booking a hotel no matter how late it is . Either book in advance or walk around abit .you will find better places as you walk if your visiting kwaja ghareeb nawaaz mazaar. Usually your taxi driver will try forcing you into a hotel they make commission out of. So as nice as it can seem .it's all about money when your there. Back to the point. This place is a solid no go unless your in desperate need. My above review is me being as polite as possible .

Very bad experience and room is very smally and also not in good condition.. Hotel area doesn't clean and not maintained.. Do not stay here. Wast of money.very rude person .nt give matress proper n blnket also smell

**Review for Kingsway Hotel** I recently stayed at Kingsway Hotel and had a disappointing experience. First and foremost, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The washroom was in poor condition, which made my stay uncomfortable. While the room itself was decent, it didn’t make up for the other issues. The TV in my room was not working, and the air conditioning functioned poorly, making it difficult to relax. Overall, I do not recommend staying at Kingsway Hotel. Save your money and look for better options elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an awful experience. The staff were uncooperative, refused to give extra towels, didn't change the sheets even once during my 3-day stay, and failed to provide even basic necessities such as:-toiletries, tissues, or slippers. Despite booking an AC room through Agoda app, they claimed I booked a non-AC room and overcharged me by Rs. 2000 had to stay since train came in midnight. The room was filthy and infested with bed bugs.To top it off, a few hours after checking out, they called demanding extra money for ice creams they "foRgOt" to add to the bill.The only positive aspect is that its location near the dargah walkable distance, but it's not worth the hassle. Save your MONEY and book elsewhere!
