Hotel Shri Shivam Palace

Worst hotel. Never ever visit them they will take money and behave like they doing some meharbani on you. Worst experience and rude behaviour. While booking they agree with all conditions and latter on they refuse and no hot water after afternoon. So please do not visit them i won't recommend.

I would have given this hotel minus stars ,i mean please stay on the road please but do not come to this hotel at all, firstly the charge is 2k per night and when you enter the room there is only bed and bathroom that too with lot of bugs and insects specially cockroachs, there is no space for storage you can either stand in room or put your luggage that's it, plus tv is not working and there is lot of problems with water supply, plus they directly cut your AC connection once you go for even shopping then when you call them the telephone is also not working, we are staying for 3 days here unfortunately but this guys doesn't even clean rooms even once in 3 days, plus there is no network here also hotel wifi is really slowwww to hell please please please don't regret your holiday by booking this hotel trust me this is an honest review

Don't even try to book this hotel, I have tried recently, they asked for ID proof for all members, I said I have on WhatsApp will forward you, they said no, I want hard copy and if you don't have it, then you have to pay charges for that, they charged 20 rupees for one person's ID proof copy, I was with family and on an emergency i had to book it otherwise I will never ever stay there, so I am requesting everyone don't go there, they are ripper

Worst is less for this. Actually 80 percent hotel here are same. These guys know people will come to Dargah Sareef irrespective what they do. I recommend to book a reputed hotel far from this place, stay there and come here only to visit Dargah and return back. This way there cheap Business will go down and they will learn a lesson. Writing review morning 4am, so imagine my level of frustration and harassment.

In one word Cheater. stayed 2 days in this hotel. Manager rude and unsupportive Staff misbehaving Congested rooms Stinky bedsheets Toilets are worst. Wifi not working so I managed my online meeting by mobile hotspot( I have asked for wifi before taking room they promised but not provided) AC was shut down in night by MCB in ground floor. In night I went to reception and on arguing he started MCB saying AC not required in night) while I have paid for AC room. Kindly avoid this hotel if you don't want to have horrible memories of ajmer dargah visit.
