The best point is Neat and clean rooms! Second best part is Courteous staff. Restaurant food was average, oil soaked!!! Only thing I did not like is the compact size of the rooms without windows! Overall great value for money.

There were cockroaches in our room and a toilet which had leakage which got on our backs. The hotel staff and manager has no idea about hospitality and etiquette they are rude and will go as far as to cuss at you they say that they also server nonveg food but you can't eat it in the hotels restaurant but have to eat it in your room and they will pester you to pay the bill since the moment you finish eating even if you say to put it on your hotel tab they won't instead they will argue with you but they will put the veg food on you tab at the hotel because they don't make nonveg in the hotel but they outsource it and over charge you for it. And when you want to visit other well known places they say that they have hotel cars which will take you there and charge and enormous amount like 50% more that the normal rate we wanted to go to taka Syed and was charged 2500rs and the hotel staff told us that the hotel doesn't make any profit from this but the cab driver said that the booking amount we paid which was 500rs was commission of the hotel and that the cab did not belong to the hotel and the worst part the driver didn't even took us to the top of the hill when others for half the amount will take you to the top of the hill. We had to walk 6 kilometers steps to get to the top of the hill and the driver also lied that it was only a small climb. Here are the pros and cons of the hotel ●Pros 24/7 hot water Decent rooms Nice veg food ●Cons The staff including the receptionist and the manager are all rude and the food servers actually cussed at my brother for asking to put the bill of nonveg food on out tab Cockroaches near the bed and wardrobe we complained about it but no one showed up to solve it. You can't eat nonveg in the hotels restaurant and have to eat it in your room. Overcharging for cabs and non veg food. Shady hidden fees like I mentioned above and when you check out they won't give you a detailed bill and will just mention the food you ordered as food&beverages. Will constantly bother you for not ordering food from the hotel. The manager called us negative people for pointing our all the problems and when we mentioned cockroaches when having a argument about the nonveg bill they manager mockingly smirked and said ( ohh accha abhi cockroaches bhi hai room mai) And when we called him to the room to show him the cockroaches he just said that ye chote jaanwar hai ye aajate hai sirf cockroach toh hai. No solution for any problem and even if they offer you a solution they will talk to you very rudely we asked to be given another room because the plumber could not fix the bathroom toilet leakage and another staff came with keys to a different room as he came the plumber managed to fixed it and was talking to us when the staff with the other room key rudely said to the plumber that " ye logo ko dusra room de deta hu nahi toh aisa he bar bar complain karege Don't stay at this hotel if you love you mental health. I will post the photos of the cockroaches and the hill that we had to climb where there were a lot of wild monkeys and dogs

Newly Opened, Contemporary design, Equipped with all modern interior, marvellous lights and lamps, spacious room, i would like to stretch my review here and categorize it in details-: a) Great Location - The hotel is right in the middle of Dargah Bazaar, which gives a quick access towards the Shrine of Khaja Ajmeri, and also towards dhan mandi where you can get Auto 🛺 for local travel in Ajmer City. b) Excellent Amenities - The biggest USP for the property is 24hrs electricity, 24 hrs room service, 24hrs Hot water, OTIS built in elevators, Inhouse Restaurant and Live kitchen, Free WiFi internet access. Contemporary wardrobe, Smart Lock on every doors, Clock and Musalla in every room for prayers. c) Clean and Comfortable Rooms- Spacious room, with excellent interrior, soft mattress with tender pillows, Hygeine is their top priority, room service and change of bedsheet is available 24/7, clean and hygenic bathrooms and washrooms equipped with indian and western both, 24hrs hot water, Towels, Soft And Cozy Premium Blankets. I AM VISITING AJMER CITY SINCE A DECADE NOW, other property has small rooms they compromise on space to have more rooms and make more revenue, i call those rooms(kabutar khana), however the rooms of Shahnshah is like it name, spacious room, queen size bed, Property has room size from double occupance to 10 occupancy, they have room as per the size of your family and friends. They even have front facing rooms, with very reasonable tariff. d) Owner and STAFF - The Owner Dharmendra Ji, He is down to earth, soft spoken and express care to every guest personally, unlike other owners who carry pride and rudeness on their face, if you encounter any issue here in this property you can approach him, he is the one stop to all the problem, he walks out of the box to serve his guest at the property. STAFF - Operational Manager cum Front desk Manager Mr Dippu Prajapati- he has vast experience in hospitality in 5 star hotel, he is humble, friendly, speaks well english, and adresses all your querry with a broad smile which relieves stress for the guest, Hospitality is the first choice of this person, he is the Man of Honors, i have great experience with these 2 gem in the property, apart from them there many other staff who all are trained on hospitality, and Guest realtion service. Even the room service and restaurant waiter are soft and well mannered. I stayed for 5 night and 6 days, it was over all a great stay and memory for me. Looking forward to stay at the property on my next visit. 💫💫💫💫💫

Very bad place no hygiene no proper manners , taking extra charges in name or taxes, no refunds, make caste and religion difference of people very bad attitude and no services and all muslim , no place for Hindu to come
