The staff and management are very friendly room is also nice only bath room was dirty. when we check out that time they has called a rickshaw for us the food was very nice l enjoy my trip. When we call them for clean the room or change the bed sheet they come every time.nice hostel [thank you 😊]

During my recent visit to Ajmer, I decided to book Hotel Kaynat Mahal (Phool Gali Branch) based on its numerous positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and to my surprise, the air conditioning could only be controlled by the reception desk, which was quite inconvenient. The WiFi was non-functional throughout my two-day stay, and basic amenities like towels and soap were insufficient. To top it off, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, as if they hadn't been properly dried. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Never stay in hotel kaaynat there is No proper facilities available and management is very misbehaviour staff is not good and manager have didn't intrest in customer they only intrest in money I never recommended this hotel and hotel not providing luggage locker nor luggage safety room 😞 and in room AC water are leakage on wall and bad sheet, pillow are very dirty have awful smell are coming in the room again I say to you all please don't choose this hotel

Hi assalamkum, my name is shama recently I visited this kgn such holy place and I stayed in this hotel first thing people are good which I really like was safety the staff the way the cared me like there sister from cleaner to to cook especially Mr anwar who take care very well of me. Like my own brother he arrange me the sadak dag join to do distribution of food each and everything from the day Ii check in to check out and drop me airport .really even single lady can travel without any fear all staff are so amazing any time they ready to help never tell no very comfortable place

The so called Manager (Owner) sitting at the desk does not have any sense to speak with the Customers. He interfered in our family matters which was none of his business. I preferred to ignore it as I didn't want to create an unnecessary scene. This hotel is located in some corner and if not for the broker who was more interested in the commission, we would have chosen a better hotel. Let me come to the point, approx 4000 rupees were stolen from the hotel room. We complained about the same to the Manager but to our surprise we were blamed for our carelessness of loosing the money. And next they do not have geysers fitted in the bathrooms. They provide us with cord wire heaters which can be dangerous especially for the children.
