OYO Hotel Venus

This hotel has only positive point is their location. Location is very good just few minutes walking distance from dargah, adhai din ka jhopra, ana sagar lake .. room was clean but not maintained. They were very professional and they have own garage so if you have your bike you can safely park there.

Before check in please check all the facilities...like AC,FAN,HOT WATER ETC,TOWELS because it's necessary Because they are lie all the things... and don't give them money before check out..if they want advance money then give them half payment...

Fraud hotel, not upto standard, worst hotel ever seen, I paid money and they didn't refunded, at mid night I have to leave from there, staff uses very abusive words. Awful facilities. I would review as 0 star, google must introduce 0 star for this hotel.

Absolutely horrible experience. The manager tried to steal 400 inr from us by filling a form for foreigners that everybody has to fill for free. My partner had to resolve this matter with nearby police officers. This is the first time in my life I have to call police why staying in a hotel! When I was alone in the room a group of younger staff stood in a group just next to me acting weird and I can’t say I felt safe. Airconditioning did not work, no hot water, no dustbin. Had to ask them to change the sheets - the boys even had the audacity to ask us to pay for that! After several scams every day, we have to say that this casts a very sad shade on Indian culture.

Pathetic service , manager was rude rooms were unclean and nothing worked inside the room. Had to call them for each and every thing . Worst stay ever experienced
