Bad behaviour by staff's when asked him to extend for 2 hours the booking. When asked for Identity card, they said to submit 1500 and started screaming and abusing. Not only that, Ajmer Sharif Dargah is a Sufi Tomb of the Sufi saint, Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti were this type of hotel staff's which didn't hesitate to abusing the customers who comes with pure heart & soul. Warning: If you don't want to spoil your travel experience then don't come to this hotel. 👏🏻

staff are nice, food is not according to my taste but is ok, room is clean, AC is working in good condition, easy to reach either Dargah aur riksha

Stayed for one night only. It's just situated at Delhi gate and walkable distance to Dargah.|Room size is okay and bathroom was clean. Room service is good. Reception was okay and there was no problem in check in & check out.||Beware of pickpocket in & around Dargah shareef(better to carry small hanging pursue /bag to carry wallet and mobiles so that it will be safe from pickpocketing.|Don't believe anyone there otherwise you will be conned. Dargah is very beautiful and spiritual place, just go there and spend some time and don't be fooled by Dargah's Khadim (so called caretaker), they just need your money in the name of your belief.

I went with my wife to visit ajmer shariff and was suggested this hotel by a friend.|The rooms were nice and clean the service was prompt. For the price we paid it was definatly worth it. 5 minute walk to the Dargah through the market. It is situated at the last piont where cars are allowed to go near the dargah at Delhi gate.|The food was nice too with a 24 hour kitchen. ||Would definatly stay again.

Star hotel was best few years ago, but since last two years, service is dull and clearness is not Good. Dusri bar aane par sochna padega😂😂😂

This hotel I was booked from makemytrip and it was great experience for first time. The location of hotel was very near to Dargah (Delhi gate). Room was good and clean. Hot water supply contiously for 24 hours.
