Hotel Fortune Plaza

This hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The hygiene was subpar, the staff was rude, and the washroom conditions were unacceptable. The toilet seat was broken, the TV didn't work, and the floors in the room were dirty. When I raised my concerns, they were ignored, and my request to change rooms was denied. Booking this hotel was a poor choice on our part. The only positive aspect was the complimentary Dargah Ziyarat.

The staff are polite and welcoming, and they are attentive to guest needs. The food at the hotel is satisfactory, with the Dal Tadka being notably good and worth trying. The hotel’s flexible check-in and check-out timings add a level of convenience for travelers, allowing for a more adaptable stay. The location is in a less crowded area but still conveniently close to the Dargah, providing a peaceful environment while remaining accessible. During our two-day stay, we found the experience to be commendable, especially given the very reasonable room rates. the hotel offers a practical and comfortable option for families, with decent amenities and a good location.

Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Services is up to the mark. Hotel is bit inside difficult for first time visitor to find but overall services are very good. Also breakfast was very delicious specifically aloo paratha with achaar. Rates are also very reasonable. Dargah is also not very far. Also the staff is very friendly,helpful and cooperative as well. Definitely recommended to all.

Location is convenient near main market, hotel and rooms are decent still better than other hotels in Ajmer especially near Dargah lane.

Nice hotel the rooms are really good according to price.. It is just near to the Ajmer junction and Dargah Ajmer shareef.. Although I must say about the hotel it’s nice and staffs are very cooperative and friendly

Room service is poor, located at more distance from dargah, breakfast not good and rate is higher side and additional request for extra stay ( for 2 hrs) has not been granted by hotel manager.

Very nice and quite hotel, bit inside so bit difficult to find for tourist, pretty cheap rates, quite big rooms, well maintained. Very friendly staff and helpful as well

Not Good , when i checked in , telephone was not working, ac remote was not working, matters made with local normal foam which used in chair . Water tap water not coming, towel not provided on time , water Bucket was very dirty, Food quality is very very poor, slippers not provide after 10 times reminders. Atmosphere was very un heigne .
