Super OYO Hotel Ganpati Plaza

Very worst behaviour by Staff name Kailash(house keeping) and other two staff(Reception-Pankaj and Vikram). These three staffs doesn't have manner to talk with Females. Kindly remove these kind of staff for your hotel growth additionally my sister for whom I booked the room she got worst room some room gates where not closing some has totally compact and compact room she requested for room change the staff failed to behave (no manners to respect and talk-Mr pankaj was telling my sister mam if u have issue with room kindly go to some other hotel and pankaj and Vikram also behaved rudely and unable to provide the room which we booked) and reply properly finally on day 2nd of booking at night after argument with staff she got ok ok room to sleep for night and next day was checkout Note- We had booked Deluxe Ac room.

Totally fake rating on Oyo app doing scam . Demanding extra cash for AC and AC is totally damaged. Room condition is like buffalo keeping room. If u ask for refund they refused even Oyo customer care also refused for refund just scam please don't stay here

After coming to Ajmer, I experienced two to three hotels but no other hotel had as good an experience as Ganpati Hotel it is a very good hotel. They are very polite people. The staff is very nice. The cleanliness is very good. The room is very nice.

Recently I and my friend stayed at this hotel Ganpati Plaza. This hotel is very good. The staff and manager here treated us very well and the hotel room boy Kailash ji helped us very well.We would like to thank Kailash Ji a lot.

I was traveling all by my self over here and the staff was disturbed me in last 2 days across 10-12 times . 1 st it's shows 600₹ in Oyo then the say we don't consider it ,so 750₹/day I have paid . Check out timing is 11 am since morning 9 am the staff was forcing me to check out and send staff in my room like 3-5 times and asking me to have words the guy on call and he made me scream and my helath was not so good the were aware still the all did it and arguing and saying it check out time is 10 am u have to vacant the room after all this when I call in front office and ask to have words with hotel GM OR OWN. The front office guy just dine it and said it's not our issue if you r not well or so on and clearly cut the call in my face and when I call back the are saying the duty is changed . So as a single female traveler this place is not at all safe ,the staff will treat u badly and try to push u down cause u r alone .
