Instead of providing dining memberships, if the hotel management had focused on improving the service and quality of food then they won't be needing these fancy offers to attract consumers. A decent environment, quality food and good service, that's all it takes to leave a good impression and earn consumer loyalty. The environment is quite good, but please work on your food quality and service

My review is for food only. Ambience is very good. Staff is also good. Taste wise food is just ok ok 3/5 The ratio of price vs quantity is very disappointing. We ordered Mushroom Moti. They charged Re 550 for it and quantity served is very very less, no taste. The management must do needful by reviewing it. Overall 1/5 due to ambience n location. Will not visit again. Much better options are available in city and Pushkar.

- Great location, offering easy access to key attractions. - Rooms have potential for improvement, but still provide a comfortable stay. - Breakfast was a highlight, with a satisfying selection. - Dinner options on the MAP food plan could be more diverse and improved. - Staff demonstrated politeness and even allowed early check-in when a room was available.

The hotel is excellent. Chef and hotel staff is good, polite and understand your requirements effectively. Had a very pleasant stay and the food is WOW. One would really relish food. Special thanks to Chef Satish for his untiring efforts. He is really a wonderful Chef. The food has been quite fulfilling and wonderful in taste. Many many thanks to him and all the hotel staff.

Decent place but amount they charge and the quality of service they provide is irrational. There is no ac in the indoor bar and only ducts which makes this place a no go during summers

Location is good as it is in the city. So everything is well in reach. Ample parking space.|Room was not hygenic. Towels were not available during check-in @4PM and were provided in the night. Shower in the bathroom was not working properly.|Staff in restaurant was not friendly. Cutlery was not clean. Had to ask many times to give fresh tableware. Food was average.

Lovely stay! The hotel location is great! We got a lovely spacious room! All staff were very cordial and helpful! The food was great in the restaurant; thanks Deepak!
