Super Hotel O Ajmer Central formerly Grand Suman

I got a really nice room at a fantastic price. It was big and the bathroom was really clean. The bed linen wasn't clean at first but they changed it promptly after I asked them. The cupboard was really big as well. Don't get confused by the signboard out front, they're going through a rebranding. The Maps location is absolutely correct. It's very close to the railway station as well, which is a bonus.

I recently booked a stay at Hotel O, formerly known as Grand Suman, located at Kesarganj Chowk in Ajmer through OYO, and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. The service at the hotel was far below expectations, with unprofessional staff and a manager who seemed indifferent and full of attitude. The condition of the room was appalling—there was a strong smell of cigarettes, the bedsheets were visibly dirty, and basic amenities like hand wash and towels were nowhere to be found. The garbage containers were overflowing, giving the entire room an unhygienic and neglected feel. This did not feel like a hotel stay, but more like checking into a poorly maintained facility. Unfortunately, my concerns weren’t addressed even when I contacted OYO customer service. It felt like my complaints fell on deaf ears. It’s disappointing to see that OYO is more focused on making a profit than genuinely caring about their customers’ experience. This experience has certainly raised questions about their quality control and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My experience with this hotel didn't went well. Although, I have given 2 stars in my public review (bcz of Arvind (receptionist)) but my honest review is 1 star. Follow are some of the key reasons: Issues that I faced in my room (108): - I didn't received the same room that I was shown in the pictures - Ver Conjusted room (for reference: Munna Bhai MBBS Hostel room was bigger than this) - there No wiper provided in the bathroom - Bathroom's roof was broken - No ventilation in bathroom and Room both. I was in such bad situation, that I need to keep my room open. Corridor was more colder and having fresh air than my room - No exhaust in bathroom - No bucket was present - No ant matt was present out side the bathroom - No hot water on my fist day. However, second morning was able to access. - The alloted room AC was having issues. No cooling even at 16° Turbo mode * As the staff was aware that I was facing all the issues, they let me sleep in another room where AC was working (but that room was having some electricity issue). * My overall experience was such bad that I left the hotel mid of second day. * For All the people that are going to book this hotel, I suggest to make sure you don't get: 108, 107, 208 and 207. Not related to rating but other info points - Online hotel name and actual hotel name is different. Online: Hotel Amjer O central, but there was something else. - No POS card machine - No invoice provided Arvind is helping hotel to survive, bcz he is doing best he can I left the hotel and Booked a new one with ₹200 extra (from Ajmer O central) and got working ac, neat and clean washroom, ammentis

The room was good as per late night check in and last minute stay. It was a steal deal and a good one, the staff was courteous and professional.

Hotel room was having suffocation and not ventilated in room and bathroom. Service was worst as there was nobody because they said they donot have staff as hotel is not running properly. Ants were into room and no service. I suggest not to choose this property otherwise you will be in problem for their worst services.

The hotel was really nice and I had a wonderful experience. The staff and team were really supportive and respectful. I will recommend anyone to visit this place if you are visiting ajmer. Budget friendly and very nice hotel.
