Hotel Raahat Palace Ajmer

Vry worst service I vl nt at all suggeste this hotel as it is very untidy n blankets smells very bad nt even bathroom are not cleaned.she should intimate each every thing to do so... Plz preffer dis hotel there are much hotels near by at dis cost

Disappointed.. I'm foreign that came here last year. I got a normal price for a very basic room, that was fine. But this year I came back and they charged me a lot of ruppees for a poor room. Very dirty bedsheet, no hot water, not even a single dustbin in the room. Highly expensive for a poor room. I have to note that the food is delicious and at good rate. but I will never come back there. At the end, I found a very clean room with everything included near this place for the same price.

Worst place to stay. First they will make you fake promises until you book your room. Once you booked a room then no service will be provided by them. Geisure not working properly, tv is just for shown in the room. In between they Switch off the AC so it is better not to stay here. Very worst service. The bathroom and toilet are also very dirty just like nagarpalika

Room service is very bad and staff become rude after payment, also ask for extra fee for small service like wifi,soap,tawel, cleaning,etc but the food is decent and lower prices than all other nearby places of dargah.

Rooms are not clean. Switches are brocken. Toilet is unhygienic, very pathetic. Overall it doesn't meets my expectations as I have visited along with family. Room was same what shown in photos and video. But not as clean as it shown. Like photos and videos taken when it was newly constructed.

Worst experience. Please don't stay in this hotel. Absolutely zero service. Rude behavior after u check in. Ditry toilet bathroom. False commitment. You only get hot water in morning though they committed u will receive hot water 24 hrs. They power of air condition mcb from reception. Then u have to request them to switch it on again. Absolutely pathetic service. Please don't stay in this hotel.
