Excellent Hotel. Service was Top Notch. Bathrooms were neat and clean. Rooms were spacious. There was sufficient space to keep our luggage and other personal things. Buffet (including lunch, dinner and breakfast) were of top quality. Lots of options on the menu were available. Experience was fantastic. I would strongly recommend everyone to check this property.

The staff are amazing, and the location is close to everything. The rooms are comparatively larger than those in other hotels. The service is excellent. I had a peaceful stay and will definitely recommend this place to people seeking leisure and planning to visit the Dargah. Please continue maintaining these standards, and you will become one of the best places to stay in Ajmer Sharif.

I travelled with my family of 3+1 kid. The room was very spacious. To add to it, the staff is very humble and we were helped on every step by the Front Desk manager Hitesh for all our requirements. Overall a great experience. Best was the valet service available for parking

This is a nice place close to the railway station and also to the Ajmer Sharif Dargah. The staff is fine though I would suggest not to take their advise with regards to visiting the Dargah or pushkar. The reception informed us that at Pushkar there was Aarti at 7pm which was visible from all the ghats. To see this we went to pushkar for the second time on the second day but found out there was a very small Aarti which was barely visible from the ghats. My suggestion, definitely stay at the hotel since it is a nice convenient place but make your own research while planning for sightseeing and not rely on the advise of the reception.Ajmer was one of stops during our 22 day road trip from Mangalore and to be honest I had no major expectation from Ajmer and hence had not made any specific research of my own. Well, learnt my lesson.

Neat and tidy hotel at good location...staff is very humble and hospitality is awesome..washroom are also very clean and roof top cafe with their amazing food make it worthy staying....near to dargah but not like other hotels in tang galiya...valet parking is there..rates are also reasonable.

The person at reception is a bit rude. The rooms have a small bed, my height is 6 ft and on lying down my feet are out of bed hanging in the air. Atleast, a 6 ft bed length is what i expect when i book a hotel room costing me 3000 for a night. The food is good and the breakfast menu can have a few more options.

Classic room are very small compared with price... In premium room they just provide one cup for tea/coffee if we have more people.. birayani taste is very poor. You have to call reception for each and every small thing . Very poor service
