Hotel O White Rock Hotel

Hope I would be abled to give negative rating for this hotel. I can't even ask it as hotel. Its owner is very irresponsible person. Never available at hotel during the time of check-in. He also rented out some rooms other persons and they refuses to let check in asking that the owner is not available. Owner never picks up calls for check-in. OYO logo is only being used to bring customer at their door. After refusing the customers to check in who booked through OYO platform, they let their room on their own price. Suppose you booked Oyo at 500 or 700 or whatever. They don't provide rooms and in the time of emergency you have to take room directly at higher prices like 1000 or 1500. They refused me to check in at 11-12 PM in night and I suffered a lot due to this so it is just despicable.
