NillI have been denied checkin even after booking online. stating some political party workers needed the rooms... and i am wondering how important a customer is for them... later on oyo customer care refused to shift my hotel and simply responded to me as they cannot help. This is the most pathetic service i have receievd in any of my hotels.... i will give negative reviews if it would have been a option for both hotel and oyo.
