Sparrow Residency

I had a pathetic experience. If there is an option of zero or negative rating, I would go for it. I was told to directly come and the rooms will be available but when I reached, the person didn't pick his phone. I was told all rooms are sold out and they tried to give pricey rooms. A very unprofessional behaviour considering I was having regular conversation with the person and I offered to pay some advance as well. But the contact person promised that we will get the room anyway. I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone. No sense of hospitality.

1 star is also a waste of rating to give. Worst food service I have ever seen, Irresponsible staff and management, I strictly don't recommend this hotel.
