Very dirty room. No good service

Bad experience. No proper amenities (towel, mineral water, etc.) provided. Only upon instructing same was given that too was pathetic condition (towel was torn, and tap water). Served tea in damaged cup twice, despite telling once, that too was not worth the price. Poor parking management. Not much cleanliness. Overall poor hotel management. Cherry on top a dog entered the hotel that too till first floor. Really!!! Only thing that was worth not giving zero rating was above average food. Just focusing on money.

Everything is bad. Rooms are dirty. Hotel ambience is negative. Staff is unprofessional. Amenities are poor. Such a terrible experience.

In morning we faced issues with the water in bathroom. None of your staff were picking up my phone.your staff is nothing response proper.we are not hapoy with your hotel.

A very pathetic hotel with a badly trained staff. I did not ask but i feel one of the room service guy was below 18. They do not give even the very basic ammenities like toothpaste. When asked for a toothpaste they will reply monotonously "NO". Room furnitures were dirty and soiled. We took 2 rooms and both of them were of same condition. Parking issues :- They will ask you to park your cars at some odd places and will ask you for the keys of the car so that they could handle the situation wherein some other cars have to move. So i parked my car at the place they told and handed my keys to them. Then also in the morning the staff person came to me asking me to move my car. I was clueless that why did they even ask for my car keys when i have to only move my car. I wont suggest anyone to come and stay here if they are looking for a comfortable stay.

The place had great interiors and good enough rooms. Food was a bit overpriced but still good tasting food. Parking was an overall concern but the hotel had its own parking so wasn't such a hassle. I am rating it 3 because I had to call them multiple times 4 times to be precise In order to get them to send fresh towel and a dental kit.

We stayed there for a night on 22nd Dec 2018. The front office team was extremely courteous and helpful and so were other service staff. One of the few hotels on Manu Road which has a parking space. So people driving to Alwar can rest easy. Also the location is very convenient because of its proximity to market and also because of easy way out to Sariska & other sites. The room was decently appointed except for the fact that linen & upholstery could have been better. The best and most underrated aspect was the restaurant...We had dinner on 22nd and Breakfast on 23rd. Both meals were awesome. Veg Hakka Noodles, Chilly Chicken, Kadhai Chicken and Dal Fry were delectable. Noodles was way better than some of the well written restaurants of Gurgaon. Parathas and Poha for breakfast were also very good. So people, even if you stay else where in Alwar, do drop in for a meal at Hotel Ashoka. You'll love the food and hospitality.

Pros- Room was as advertised. Staff is attentive and responsive to your needs. And, hotel was clean and tidy. Nice location, close to tourist spots and markets. Cons- Bedsheet wasn't washed properly. Room had empty rum bottle in it. Bathroom door wasn't locking properly and there was no hot water in one of our rooms.
