Rooms are in very bad shape, can't even rate 1. AC was not working , mosquitoes and insects are everywhere, people are drinking and abusing each other, not for family

Rooms are old but good. The staff is very cooperative, especially Man Singh ji a very caring and supportive person.

Hotel has limited rooms, ambience and service levels are normal levels. Nothing exceptional about the place. BUT it has a big lawn, bonfire arrangement on request, good food, hospitable staff and competitive rates. Go there if you are a budget traveller and want value for money. If looking for quality service, skip this one.

In one word - Pathetic. Very first, their phones were out of service so couldn’t able to connect them for delay in train n check in. Second, I booked super deluxe room but it was smelling badly of cigarette. I asked caretaker to change the room but all were having more or less same issue. This property isn’t three star at all, as RTDC claims. Third, next day in morning, when I checked for breakfast, which was included in tariff, the care taker told that cook has left and no breakfast get serve. He told he can cook plain paratha and will serve with pickle. I was surprised to know that there was no curry with it, even not curd. More over when I asked instead of plain paratha, if he has potato/onion paratha, he replied I shall have breakfast outside, which I had to having no other option. Last, staff is not available. I asked for manager … and even his number was not given. U will not see any contact number of manager/staff at anywhere on reception or in property. It has changed my perception of relying on Govt bodies.

Everything in this property is of worst quality. The toilet seat is broken. The flush and geyser is not working. Toilet is infested with insects. Toilet door is ramshackle. The TV channels are not available for viewing. Restaurant is non-existent. Only basic food is provided that too of not our choice. There is only one attendant who is all rolled into one. To his credit he is very polite and eager to help. This establishment is more of a liquor bar than a RTDC hotel, hence unfit for families. No facilities expected from a hotel are available here. I regret that I did the online booking.

Not a family pack. Booked for Holi, reached with family & saw 100 of drunkards taking it openly at every corner of the property as there is a whiskey shop in premises. Thinking about the safety of my family left without even asking for a refund. Why government is promoting drunkards on its property, the standard has fallen that low. Even we felt unsafe on our trip

Good stay in cold winter night. Rooms are limited and locked without care for fresh air passes thru'. Food is fresh with limited menus but good. Tea & pakodas are also nice as evening snacks. No terrance entry. Lights are dim. A liquor shop outside attracts all outsiders for drinks around the property. Purpose of stay with limited meals option on urgent requirements can only be catered to.
