OYO Hotel Moti Dungri Palace

They stay was satisfying.The bed was comfy. The lighting was pleasant. However i am not happy about couple of things like the towel they provided was very old and rough. Every fibre appeared to be coming out. Ends were torned. They didn't provided bottled water at the time of check-in. Only after repeated calling they provided the water and other soaps. The place is at a very quiet location just below the moti dungri hills. However you may not find any shopping complex or eating joints nearby except the hotels. overall it was a good experience.

A very lovely place with great services. The Hotel associates are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Washrooms are clean and hygienic. The only negative thing is the foul smell while you enter the room, that went away with the room freshner, but still.

The rooms are average, and the location is also good and the staff person was nice to us, but their Wifi is so slow .

Hotel is at a good location. almost 2 kilometres from the railway station. It's rooms are not so clean, but the size of room is adequate. Bedding is fine, room service very bad, food quality is average. Don't book food on oyo app. Hotel provides same food in lunch and dinner. Refuses many things if paid in advance

Property is nice however staff and food quality is not up to the mark. They not focus on the quality and customers satisfaction. They have illiterate people in the staff, who even don't know how to serve and talk to the customers. Laundry is also cheap, they provide 3 rd quality laundry to the customers

Very bad hotel No TV connection ,no exhaust fan in bathroom, unfunctional flush,unfunctional shower,uncleaned rooms, uncleaned covered,bad uncleaned smelly rooms, uncleaned bedsheet and pillows, uncleaned towel, no complemetary water ,no glass, uncleaned bulidings with creapy lizards all around,very bad room service , uncleaned washrooms. Very bad experience

Had poor experience. I was on a business visit. Stayed here just for a night. It was strong summer season and air conditioning didn't work at all. Coudnt sleep at all. No complimentary Tea, Mineral water or breakfast. However, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Location is prime.

I went there with my family, my parents, wife and kid. This option was suggested by our travel agent. And we booked this for 1 night and then extended our trip to 2 nights. Food is great. Rooms were neat and clean and within budget.
