OYO 24075 Galaxy Guest House

Site owner is very polite and nice person but prices are bit high with respect to the facilities. More attention to cleaning required at this site. Own kitchen is not available at the restaurant. But the location of the hotel is nice even though it’s not on any highway.

There was no force of water even on the ground floor. The Bedsheets and kambal had stains on it even after changing. The AC was working very properly. It was a budget stay for 500, it's worth it. Staff is friendly and they force you to give 5stars.

Worst Guest house and hotel in Alwar. No water supply, uncleaned rooms, very bad conditions of toilets. They don't have cleaned the toilet once. Unmannerly staff.This place is seriously not for family and decent peoples. I request Oyo and others apps to please remove this guest house from there list and even people who are reading my comment not to book a single room here.

Worst experience in my whole life. Pathetic service. washroom was smelling too much to enter. bedding was smelly. room was very dirty.. There was no light plug for TV. no soap to wash hands in washroom. water was not coming. i had to use water bottles to wash hands. don't visit this hotel ever. Even a dharmshala is far better than this. Disappointment at peak. very disappointed

Rooms is spacious but not toilet, which had a reverse slope. Electrical maintenance is poor. Before allotting rooms must ensure its ready for use by the guest. Services are good.

Very very bad experience with this hotel. Last night I was there and the horel like hell. No water supply, telephone is dad. I'm giving 1 for only staff behavior. Hotel rooma are very bad not up to mark. Hotel structure was good but zero maintenance. This hotel is bad than a Dharmshala.

As the name says it is Galaxy by name which has nothing for Humans to survive. It was just fine to get a sleep and nothing else. No hot water in the washroom, the hotel didn't even had spare cutlery's for guest in the room. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my trips to many places
