no talking sense staff or owner. Cant trust what they promise. Disappointed

For the price, the hotel was worth it. The hotel had a restaurant, adequate parking and spacious rooms with AC. Sheets were clean. However many issue for improvement... Rooms were not adequately clean, no lift, no hot water, bathrooms had deposits of sediments, taps could have been better cleaned, check out facilities not available early morn etc. But for the price paid (Rs 2600 for 2 rooms), I can't complain much.

This is located at the outer side of the Alwar. There is no general shop, Medical Store and restaurant near this hotel. I would suggest you to please try to find other hotels near tourist places. Although the hotel has its own restaurant, you can try the food there but the quantity of the food is not as per the price.

Rooms are available for single, couple and family. Prices are affordable. Rooms are big. I booked a family room which has two double beds. Washroom was very small. There is no lift service in this hotel. Service was good but a little slow. The best thing about this hotel is it's food. Food was literally amazing.

They guys don't know how to talk... I would advice due to any reason don't go with them. They put unknown charges at checkout! If you ask for clarification they start shouting on you. If you talk with there owner... He is like.. you must have done something that why they did it you!

I am a budget traveller and always look forward for at least good services and courteous staff at the hotel. Maan Hotel has a good reputation on Google and a traveller like me always chooses hotels based on reviews posted. My experience is based on the deluxe room condition which was very bad. I was told that they had done a thorough cleaning before checking me in but it was clear that the bed sheet and pillow covers had filthy stains on them, toilet shower hose looked it hasn’t been washed for ages, I didn’t dare to touch the TV remotes. Believe me, I always keep a disinfectant with me when I travel and I emptied it after entering in this hotel’s room but still not satisfied. Although staff of the hotel tries their best not to make their guest ask for their supervisor as they immediately changed the sheets and covers with new ones when I asked them to talk to supervisor. I booked this hotel only for having a place to sleep at night so I neither called for food in my room nor tasted it in the restaurant, so I can’t say anything about it but seeing other reviews it is worth tasting which I missed. At last, question is would I still choose this hotel in my next visit to Alwar? The answer is a ‘NO’ because I always look to get a budget hotel and good services and most importantly good condition of room and bathroom and this hotel lacks them both. Being on highway just after entering Alwar and finding it easily doesn’t qualify Maan Hotel to stay in every visit. I am sure Alwar has a plenty of list of hotels to choose from. Keep up the good work!
