OYO Hotel Bigas

Hotel room was dirty. Stayed for 4 days. House keeping don't come until u ask for it multiple times. We stayed in dirty room for 2 days. They don't even change bedsheets, towels,you need to use dirty room with dirty bedsheets,towel. Soap,water also not provided until u ask for it multiple times. TV and landlines is not working ,for any ask u need to travel to reception. Horrible experience. Not suitable for family

Very very pathetic and horrible stay. Inspite of booking room online no room was book at hotel. Staff was not bother about online booking. I had to sleep in hall Inspite of room booked . They have taken Rs 500 for this without check in. I never expect such experience from OYO room For next time I would like to say. DONOT STAY in this hotel and never searche hotel from Agoda site. It is better to sleep on footpath. NEVER GO THERE

Very Bad experience, I booked this hotel Bigas for 4th March 2023, Ground floor is prepared for any business purpose and top floor is used for hotel premises, As i got to this hotel ~9pm, with my daughter, she has to appear for NEET PG exam on next early morning, they shown me a room located in under ground basement which was so dirty without any washrooms , may be used by guards, I booked this hotel online with advance payment, and it was too late, it was not time to waste at night for exam preparations, so I aske for another room where we can spend a night, then i was asked for extra money, i paid them, then they gave me a room in top floor hotel promise, really a very bad experience, I will never book a room through OYO, nor will advice any friend, relatives or family to book a OYO room with advance payment, we can not trust, what we are like!

One of the rubbish hotel. When you book online room in the hotel. But this hotel don't matter the hotel motive is 1000 per room charge. Like you book 400 with discounts but hotel show you just a bed in the hall with fan and you ask any thing about the booking he say cancel the book. But you can't cancel then he says you pay 600 extra and convert super deluxe room Madharc*d , bsdk hotel

Wrost experience I notice few points in service - 1. - If you book room then they demand extra pay minimum 600. If you show your confirmation on oyo then they said that you have to pay extra otherwise you can cancle your booking. And most thing that Oyo Refund Policy is a Refund Policy in Name Only.. 2- In room service No water bottle, No television. 3- No personal parking.

If u r booking online please don't book through oyo or any other app. They will charge u total of 1000 nd ask for extra 600rs . Total fraud. I had a very bad experience, I really don't understand why such hotels r even listed in oyo if they can't afford to provide rooms at such prices, jzt to bluff customers 😑😑

Purely cheater property, will show you something, provide you something, I stayed here with my family.adding pics for your reference. Just have a look and decide the quality yourself.

Staff is really Disgusting... We are very disappointed with their behaviour... Rooms are not cleaned... Bathroom not cleaned.. Not equipments in bathroom like bath towel bath soap .... AC is not working properly... Very Bad experience with their services and behaviour....
