Worst hotel, room service is slower then anything, they are even charging you for water bottles They will not provide any cleaning services. In morning when staff comes for cleaning they will not provide you fresh water bottle The people who are setting at reception does not have any sense or manner, they talk very rudely and most of the time they are not even replying back The worst part is they do not provide any other service like they will not even provide press for ironing your clothes I booked this place for my guest, i guess i made the biggest mistake. If you have money that you don’t know where to spend it, this hotel is for you, but i will suggest not to book single room here

Rooms are amazing at this price point, feels like 2-3 star hotel. Service person are some villages boys who don't know what they doing. But i think in alwar it's one of the best hotel. Decent parking. For couples and families, you can go blindly.

The manager acted rudely and demanded an additional fee for the food. The cost of the food does not match the menu. He is arguing with me and talking about their own price. Extremely poor hotel; I will never visit.🤗🤗

The hotel staff and service is highly appreciated. The food was also good and reasonable. To be honest i did not expected the hotel to be so clean and hygienic but it was way beyond my expectations. The hotel property was so clean and rooms were so decent. The hotel location is best as it's on road and very near to the main market. Ample parking space and cooperative staff. Special thanks to Mr. Saurabh Raghav who attended us very well.

Don’t go, they are asking you for higher price than they should and rejecting online prices. I just went there to confirm that I could book online and they asked me to pay offline 500 INR more, being agressive and saying no to their own hotel pages on booking websites.

Near at railway station, hotel manager behavior is very friendly and supportive. My overall experience excellent.
