The grand cp

I never thought the service of any hotel could go into a dismal category. However, Chatore Sri restaurant was an exception of The Grand CP. Had to wait more than 40 mins to get the main dish while another 10mins for breads, the folks who came later than us got server earlier. Service levels were so at the bottom that servers couldn't pick up the used plates. To make the service more miserable, the order takers didn't remember the menu and refused most of the dishes and cherry on top refused to serve the food as they were occupied taking orders from half empty restaurant. Would strongly recommend to Not go to this place for food with your family, else you will see them grow old while waiting for tasteless food. P.s - The most quick thing that you can get is a roasted Papad & If you're lucky You can get a bottle cap in your mouthfreshner.

Very poor service. Worst dine in restaurant in Bharatpur, I strongly suggest people not to come here. It is better to dine in any local Dhaba. I wish there was option to give 0 rating.

Pathetic experience. I had dinner with my family at this restaurant, disgusting service and food. Whatever we ordered initially was not available, so forcefully we ordered something else but the taste was disgusting, bhatura was fried in extremely used oil, chole was full of cream. Even though they had all the drinks available but still they declined to serve. Waiter was useless, they should shut down the restaurant. Not at all recommended.

The quality of the food was very poor. Insects were crawling in the plate. They have mixed white flour and wheat flour in tandoori roti. It is my first and the worst experience....

Food quality is very poor,I had order dosa was so terrible could not eat more than a spoonful. The dosa mixture was so bad that it looked as if a potato had been mashed and placed on it.A dosa made by a pusher would be much better than this.when we went there before, we ordered vegetable pullao, the quality of rice which was outside was of low level.

It's a very good hotel for dinner and for party arrangements.. the rooms are cleaned and beautiful with greenery and the food is so tasty as all restaurants in bharatpur .. service staff is so good and serving in well mannered way to all ..

It's a good hotel and neat and clean. But the road about 800 to 900 metres are very bad.
