There is a very good hotel in Bharatpur which has a very good view. It has good big rooms which have all kinds of facilities. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. Food can be prepared for marriage parties. There is a separate, nice and clean place, there is good parking arrangement, the location is very good, the staff here is very good, cooperative and service is very good. Nice decorated 🎀 hall for marriage birthday anniversary and other party.

The hotel is worst managed. We had visited there for the wedding and it was not cleaned even once during our stay. In addition one had to follow up multiple times to get anything and the attendants had ample excuses not to fulfill their work. When further questioned, they resorted to using aggressive tones and ready to fight. The person at the reception is most stupid - he cares about only the money and does not have a customer service or etiquette word in his dictionary. Overall it is a newly constructed hotel, but given the management's reluctance to provide customer service or maintenance it won't be long that it turns into a useless hotel. Please avoid unless there is no other choice left.
