Hotel BMD The Grand Bhilwara

I have been staying at Hotel Grand BMD for the last two years. Initially, it was a good property, but now it has become very poor. I’ve had terrible experiences during my last visits, and my most recent stay was the worst. I will never return to this hotel and advise corporate travelers to seek other accommodations in Bhilwara, as there are many properties with better facilities. The food quality has deteriorated significantly, and the behavior of the restaurant and hotel staff is unacceptable. They show no responsibility and refuse to clean rooms after 11 PM. Nobody here takes responsibility for anything. The staff constantly deflects issues, claiming, “It’s not my job.” The restaurant staff ignores complaints, and management is nowhere to be found when needed. This hotel seems to operate on a philosophy of negligence. If you want to be treated with complete disregard and experience poor service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear and find a hotel that actually values its guests.

Experience was good as expected and taste of food also tasty.party hall was well arranged with capacity of 50 persons maximum.staff members not smiley as required. For photography rooftop awesome.*****

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel BMD, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Very very very veryyyyyyyy worst hotel i ever visited. I’ll suggest if you want to celebrate birthday please don’t go our whole celebration was spoiled. They have lied for each n every thing over calls and after visiting there things were different and worst. Even food has worst quality and overpriced and were sugary in spite of ordering spicy. Even the staff has stolen our few things. They were not providing a fan in the hot humidity weather and not a proper space for having dinner. * don’t go for it and don’t waste your money*.🙏🏻 they didn’t still give money back of our stolen things after promising and haven’t even felt sorry. Very shamed

This is my first time in Bhilwara. I chose to go for Dinner at the Hotel BMD The Grand With my family. Every dish we ordered had a delightful flavor. It was awesome experience .Chinese food is good and India also The staff was very good in behaviour, service and very helpful

We have totally bad experience over there. It has really ruined our celebration. The staff is really rude and the prices are very high of food and even they have stolen our few things which they denied after asking guys don't go for it and the don't waste your money as they will not accept their mistakes. After giving genuine reviews they have just posted their fake reviews so they can hide their real ones but guys please just don't go for it. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very poor quality food and high prices. They even charged us for using floor before any prior information. Not satisfied with the staff and management. Whole birthday was spoilt.

Veryyyyyy worsttt hotel ever We dont get humble staff and the service was too bad and staff has stolen our things and denied for refund. Just don't go ever.
