OYO Flagship 37918 Hotel Signature Inn

The hotel reception not ready to accept the mentioned amount in Oyo website. He demanded 45% charge once I reached there. It was cold night and I forced to take a near by Hotel by paying high mount (walkable distance RG palace) Also he showed the rooms, there is no hygiene factors and all wash room were wet in condition

One of the worst experiences in my life. I booked a room for two days in this hotel. As I am traveling with my fiance. I confirmed the staff after booking a room in this hotel a week before my trip to jaipur. They confirmed my booking. After reaching the hotel at 10p.m at night, the reception staff completely denied my booking and said that, all the rooms were occupied. I don't know how the hell it Is possible. I showed them the voucher and details of booking to the staff but the receptionist was arrogant and denying my booking. I contacted make my trip and complained about the situation. MMT became my savior and shifted us to nearby hotel. Please avoid this hotel whosoever traveling to jaipur gandhinagar.

Hotel & the room are good enough for sure. People from the reception are good, they don't own a restaurant but they arrange food for the guest and try the maximum possibility. Chandra pal is the person you can request for late check out, tea or anything, he would help for sure if you show a possitive attitude towards him.

Hotel staff is not good at all Hotel manager has no skills to talk to customer at all, The room is all dirty, there is no cleanliness in the whole room, there is no cleanliness in the bathroom and toilet at all

Not as good as per image shown. Bathroom is worst. In the pic the bathroom shown is used by hotel owner for personal use. Otherwise other bathrooms are very dirty.
