Have to improve in hygiene & cleanliness of items kept in rooms. Front office behaviour is not so good. Resort location & Structure is very good, must recommend to visit & feel the ambiance. Restaurant food is awesome, service is also good.

It's a beautiful and peaceful hotel looks likes a heritage resort. This is good place for destination wedding. Hotel staff is well behaved and courteous.

Beautiful Heritage property, amazing stay amazing pool….. delicious food. It is absolutely worth staying here in a small town like hanumangarh, it is the only property i liked.

No water supply in the room. Had to wait for an hour for supply to resume finally issue was not resolved. They gave me water in a bucket. Pathetic food extremely oily.

It's a hotel constructed in 2010 in Rajasthani Palace Style. Rooms and the ambience reflect the (sepia) palace ambience. Rooms are large and decently appointed. Maintenance and upkeep could have been better. Toiletries are of average quality. Linen cleanliness could have been better. Rooms smell mushy because of non usage /irregular cleaning. Restaurant : Food is tasty and portions are large. Two people can easily share one portion. Try local cuisine. Hanumangarh is not part of the tourist circuit but the demand for weddings in palace like surroundings is in huge demand. This place serves as a popular wedding venue.

The only 3-star hotel in the town. It offers you a great restaurant, cozy hotel rooms, nice banquet halls and two big gardens for organising any kind of meet ups. Over all its a nice stay and provide good food. However, the only review I can provide is to update their staff, either technologically or train them so that they can be good steward. I have visited the place several time and I've seen a lack of communication between staff and customers. Hope they will improve the staffing soon. Overall the place offers good food and a nice stay.
