Toiletries are just ok. Room are not so specious. Food is good but not on time. U have to wait it for atleast 30 mins for a cup of tea. Morning breakfast is available after 9. Its too late. Extra bed is just a matterres on the floor. Extra rajai is not available only dirty kambal is available. Power plugs are burnt. If u r in family then stay away from this. If u r sungle or two boys then u can manage as a budget hotel. Room rent is rs 1700 for two withoit bill

Delux Rooms are well decorated but very small compared to the price and name. Talking about standard, deluxe and twin deluxe rooms. They are so small that you cannot move around freely inside the rooms. Standard rooms are even smaller.I don't know about other rooms. They have a good restaurant with lots of variety at the ground floor with only veg food. But you can ask the boys to get non-veg from outside. However room service is poor. You have to keep on asking for glass, towel, water. The boys are not trained but they are very polite. That's good but not enough. (Please press the LIKE button after reading this)

There were so many mosquitoes in the room...and food quality is also bad. So overall my experience was very pathetic.

I have visited twice in this hotel and observed very poor hospitality as well as poor room service and food quality not good also price is too high . They provide very local body wash and shampoo to have bath ...they don't provide comb .I told to Receptionist to send a bath towel in my room but I have to wait for towel around 30-40 minutes.

Earlier this restaurant was know as vicky premium and situated at Rajiv Chowk, Hanumangarh Junction. At that point of time it was very good for food and all, but since its has shifted at town road and renamed it Vicky Plaza, its food quality, test and standard has rapidly fall down and become poor. On the other hand the quality of food has decreased and prices thereof has been increased multiple times than earlier prices. Its my personal experience.

Bro.. very bad manegement.. they are not providing room heater in winter. Not recommended
