Place is nice, but the stay was not pleasant at all. After checking into the room, there was no water available. We had to wait almost an hour just to freshen up, and even the common washroom was not in usable condition. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Had to ask the staff to change them. In the morning, there was no hot water because the geysers were not working. After following up multiple times, we finally received hot water in a bucket at around 11:30 AM—almost an hour later. To make matters worse, the owner knocked on our door at 12:00 PM asking us to vacate the room, without any apology for the constant inconvenience we faced during the stay. While the property itself looks decent, the hospitality and basic service were extremely poor. It feels like the property has been opened without proper management or guest readiness.

Just loved this resort.. It was cosy and peaceful Me and my friends enjoyed a lot here The staff was very attentive, cooperative and friendly. The premium tent rooms that we book were very clean, fresh and have all the amenities in it like the toiletries, slippers and bath robe. Overall the stay was best and perfect Will recommend it to everyone who likes privacy and cosiness. Even the food was very tasty and affordable

Worst Experience – Unreliable Service and Poor Management Faced constant electricity outages with no backup power, leaving us without water or basic amenities. Management was extremely rude, even demanding we vacate our room at 3 AM amid the blackout. In 2026, this level of unpreparedness is unacceptable.
