OYO should refrain from suggesting such hotels, which are not maintained properly. Even though the hotel is convieniently located, which is exactly opposite chokhi dhani and not too far from JECC, the rooms and service is not good at all. Rooms and bathrooms are not maintained properly. Housekeeping and cleaning is very very bad. Spider webs and dust everywhere.

Worstly maintained hotel. The room we booked was not given. No change of bedsheets, pillow covers, blankets n they will keep the same old laundry used by previous customers. Geyser not working and charging plugs not working. Room wall are having colour peeling off. I don't know how previous customers gave it 5 n plz don't book this hotel by rating, itz all fake rating n u vl be deceived as I am. Worst part is Oyo customer care, even if u call them any number of times ,the answer will be v vl get back to u and resolve d problem. But they dint call me back once also

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my 20 years of traveling. Dirty room small room. We were given rooms with used grey colored towel and used soaps.. toilets not clean. Overall bad experience. Not value for money. We checked out within 2 hours of check in. Rude staff.

Worst hotel I have ever visit. I booked this hotel on OYO app. And when I reached there , they demand almost the four times of the booking amount. Or otherwise they don't give a room. So Don't book this hotel or any hotel on the OYO app. Cause the hotel demands the amount what they want to. I have to pay 4 times of the booking amount as very hot outside in jaipur. And if one time your water jug is end you have to take the water on your own. They don't refill the jug. You have to take water out side the rooms. Worst service worst hotel. And they give expired shampoo. So the soap and the shampoo you should buy from outside. I upload the expired shampoo photo along with this review If I can give negative star I would give it. And

I booked through oyo with 400 rupees, but manager denied to give room, and suggest me to book room as offline and charges 1000 ru for one night. I went there for exam and its a difficult thing to student to arrange 1000 ru on the spot. I suggest everyone to don't waste your money here, you can find better rooms than this with better price.

Towel was used, no soap or soap kit provided,Cable is not working. Very bad experience. The room was very small and fan was continuesly irritate sound. The breakfast is not provided in room. They say have breakfast in restaurant. Please ignore this hotel for a better stay.

Waste of money. As show on photos, its totattly worst at the time of checkin. Food service not provides due to no cook available. Room wall is under construction, when light goes room ac goes off, there is no backup for ac. There is no room service boy available im hotel.

Zero star for oyo. it was my second consecutive bad experience. both times i done my booking online, booking gets confirmed and when i reach hotel they denied for booking. It seems that there is no coordination between oyo and hotel. both time i have to face difficulty. and become even worse when you travel with your family and stuck in unknown place.
