Treebo Pink City Grand

I have stayed at Treebo Pink City Grand Jaipur multiple times. While my previous experience was marred by a stinking room due to cigarette odor, this time my experience was far more stressful and left me feeling scared. Wheni returned to the hotel earlier then usual after work, I found my room door open. To my shock two young men, under the pretext of cleaning, were going through my personal belongings in the cupboard - including under garments. I caught them red handed. Their explanation was that the clothes had fallen out. How could clothes possibly fall out of a closed cupboard. They then claimed they were dusting. Is it necessary to dust inside an occupied guest's cupboard? When I confronted them, their behaviour was extremely rude and arrogant, leaving me feeling unsafe and violated. As a solo female traveler, I expect the hotel management to prioritise guest security and ensure incidents like these never happen. This experience has shaken my trust and I can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone

Good property near to the WTP and GT which is famous mall of the Jaipur capital of the Rajasthan Hotel rooms are very good and looks like very Morden as well as neat and clean staff is helpful and knowledgeable for local area

A horrible hotel. Room not cleaned, linen torn, no toiletaries, TV not functiinal, setup box not recharged, local water, breakfast was an eye wash. Cold puri and boiled potatoes in sabji. Taste was very bad. Kitchen staff un cooperative. Waste of money.

It's was one of the most amazing hotel I have ever visited, the environment and the staff were so much well mannered and friendly ... Literally luv it .. Words are less to describe .. Must visit in any kind of occasions: Birthday , anniversary etc etc ....

Very bad service, dirty linen, no hot water service, they provided us twin bed in place of king size bed, their was a fould smell in the room, overall very bad experience, I would recommend anybody...... They are fraud

The rooms were clean and good. There was an issue with hot water, they didn't resolve it. Check before you make the payment.
