Avoid This Hotel - A Nightmare Experience My stay at Hotel Fleur was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped into the room, I was greeted with a pungent smell that permeated everything. The stench was unbearable and seemed to originate from the damp, musty walls that were a breeding ground for mold. The corridor outside was filthy, with debris and stains littering the floor, making every trip outside my room an unpleasant journey. The toilet was another horror story altogether. It was shockingly unhygienic, with visible dirt and grime that suggested it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I couldn't even bring myself to use it without feeling nauseous. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was appalling, leaving me questioning how it could possibly pass any health inspections. To top it off, the service was nonexistent. Staff seemed indifferent to the state of the facilities and were unhelpful when approached about the issues. It was clear they had little regard for the guests' comfort or satisfaction. The Hotel staff is arrogant and non cooperative. I would strongly advise against anyone booking a stay at this Hotel. It was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the misery and find accommodations elsewhere.

I stayed with family here for a day.. To say first our room was clean, ambiance ok, location also good.. House keeping staff was ok.. Had a very bad experience with front office madam.. First manager sir didn't agree to the quote he had given early.. When we argued he was asking Rs 500 more, sir told he is an aged man and can't keep to his words.. Front office Madam is an expert in giving advices,.. Normally front office wishes good bye, safe journey, come again, here madam advised us to control our anger at the end.. Next they gave a computer bill, and front office madam was so admant that she wont put a name stamp on bill and said she dont have a stamp.. We need proof of stay for official purpose.. But from same table she took a stamp and impressed on bill a few minutes later, after making a call.. I took effort in reviewing, just as I felt so bad and felt cheated.. Apart from deviating from their quotes, we had to face such an arrogant staff.. In some earlier reviews also I see about front office complaints.. Atleast the owner should ask her for a proper behavior.. We are their customers not anyone they gave away free rooms.. We (4 prs) paid 3200 for a small room, just to see the arrogance of that madam.

Stayed at Hotel Fleur recently. The hotel is situated at JLN Marg which under my knowledge is a very premium place and very near to airport and railway station. Location wise the property is very much sorted and is in a very peaceful location People who are commuting alone or for business it’s a worth place in terms of cost and location. The staff was cooperative and helping in the best possible way Rooms are ok and owner can work to improve them in terms of cleanliness and facilities Alert: if you are alergic with pigeons then this is not the place you would love to go.

We stayed for 2 days. Rooms are spacious, clean. Service was good. Staff was also coperative. Breakfast was good. Location is awesome, far from crowdy place. It was budget friendly and good option for stay.
