Hotel O Jln

Rooms are good at this price point but service were pathetic , don't choose Oyo breakfast, hotel will provide you tiny toast with just little spray butter on it and tea just like a boiled water with added little milk sugar. Cups were cracked. If you are checking in between 10-12 according to Oyo policies it's complimentary but they will try to charge you please be careful ,

Very poor due to pricing war. Unfortunately customer (my friend) is getting harassed by the hotel staff (specifically the receptionist) and hotel is minting money out of it. It seems like they are drifting away from good hospitality to a disaster for end user. @OYO it can be a last nail in the coffin for you guys if you still dont wake up. Do something matching with what you guys were known for.

If you are booking through OYO, be prepared if the hotel denies check in due to payment issues. Just resolve it through OYO assist. Although it's a bit inconvenient and unprofessional. The hotel room is spacious with clean bathroom. Service is OK with good Wifi

Not accepting online booking in order to demand extra money via cash booking. It brings no significance to. Discount and promotion code from mmt and oyo, as you can't apply them to book at room at jln if bill is below 1000 rupees. Thanks

Hotel did not deserve even 1 Star , service is worst, hotel is worst. If you ask them for the water they take 1 hour to give it to you, and if somehow they give the water , instead of giving cold water they give normal water and when i ask them about this they said " our machine is not working thats why we can not give you the cold water " , " I stayed at this for 3 days and for the 3 days their machine did not worked." Rats were roaming in the room for the whole night, see how i fix the empty spaces in the door with tissues, so rats did not come again , the food they served was pathetic, when i complaint about all these to the receptionist they simply ignored, and they don't have any answer. Prefer some other hotel instead of " Jln '" . And at last when i concern this whole issue to the OYO, they ignored and said we don't have control on this hotel.

They are on oyo and mmt for no reason, they want to charge customer based on their wish. And dont accept booking from Oyo and mmt if charges are below their expectation. There is no service from customer representative, they hide under the umbrella of oyo to charge customer extra money .

What's the point of being on oyo and mmt, if you won't accept their booking. Make it clear to aggrigator that you need 800 minimum amount to be billed to avoid inconvenience of your guest at the cost of your greedy services and non-cooperative behavior of customer representive Satyam.

hotel don't want to accept online booking, so it can allow offline booking with extra charges. There is no standard, and no point of promotion code on oyo and mmt, as they won't evwn accept it.
