Comfort Inn Sapphire

Pros: location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping in Jaipur. Their in house tour concierge was helpful in arranging a very good 8 hour car/driver to see the sights of Jaipur. The breakfast was included and was pretty good; we ate there each day. They have a bar available, although it doesn’t seem too busy. They have room service and the food was good. The external appearance and lobby area are nice, and the doorman/reception staff and restaurant/bar staff were all attentive, and polite, providing excellent service. Issues: The staff doing the room cleaning needed to be reminded to clean the rooms (recommend being very clear) and did a rather rapid/not thorough room cleaning, with variable restocking of items. When room service trays were left in the hall, they were left all night; the night staff should do rounds and clear the halls of such items, not leaving to the daytime cleaning crew which seemed to arrive around 11 am or noon or so. Used the laundry service, which was slower than others used in India (took almost 48 hours). Overall an inexpensive option in a great location, but would not recommend for a multi day stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of Jaipur. The hotel staffs are very cordial. Breakfast service is awesome and one of the best ! Hari Singh and Manohar Singh are very polite and professional restaurant staffs their service is commendable. Me and my wife stayed in a suite room , the rooms are very clean and comfy. The washroom is a bit small but well maintained. All the hotel staffs and receptionists are very well behaved and very polite too. On our next visit will surely book comfort inn sapphire for such a comfortable stay.

One of the most amazing experiences .my family had staying in hotel the comfort inn. We booked deluxe rooms but they upgraded us to beautiful rooms which in itself is a different experience. hotel was very clean staff was very professional and quality of food and service was very good.|front off team is always ready with smile face|thanks Krishna ,Anil Yadav and Shanker for our comfortable stay|we will surely come again

Hotel was very good. I loved the room and the bed and washroom as well. Location was good but after 10 you cannot expect anything to eat outside. We didn't had breakfast so I have no idea. A girl receptionist was good. Although Nice.

Very comfortable and reasonable stay! Main hero is the Location. The street behind it is a non-veg heaven. Also you would get a scenic view of the fort from rooms(frontside). Rooms are reasonable priced accompanied by good service. It also has a Bar.

pathetic stay. room not cleaned. so many cockroaches in the room. The bed was broken and noisy. Staff not friendly. specially pathetic food not worth it charging really high but quality really poor. don't deserve 4* rating. I am surprised how this hotel's rating is 4*. I will suggest don't go with this pathetic hotel and spoil money.

After conducting research, I selected hotel comfort inn - jaipur . I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. ! i absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it

Except service the hotel is good for business/family trips. Have ample parking space. Within city close to all tourist places in Jaipur. I found the hotel staff a little bit unprofessional.
