Hotel O Kalot

The hotel stay was worst the reception man was so bad. I had exam next day i pre booked the hotel and paid the money online when i reached the place the receptionist asked for extra cash and told that if i dont pay he will cancel the booking and told me to contact oyo for any of my concern having exam next day i paid then the room was in such a bad condition it was like someone has just used the room before me for something which oyo is famous for. Atleast oyo should check before getting into contract with any oyo or atleast inspect the same its was such an unpleasant experience

I paid full amount prior to check in and still I was charged 150 rs more at the time of check in and also called hep center but they were not able to help me out and the call was recorded also and the hotel guy asking me for extra money is also been recorded. The hotel was soo untidy i don't knw how Oyo decide to business with such people.

no complimentary water bottle, no cleaning properly, didn't provide soap in room no cutlery in the room even no on request TV not recharged no towel in the room and that room somebody using bfr I reach there and clothes was lying in washroom

Hotel is asking more money apart of given amount online ..Amount shows online was 350 and hotel asked 250 more .Asume when you reach late night in winter season when you have no option and hotel people start blackmailing for more charges.What will be the situation..?It was a horrible and fearfully experience .Care taker is not available in hotel.Every time you have to call several times.

The room was not a clean place and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. The AC didn't work and the staff was not very helpful either. The receptionist was rude. It's upsetting that I had such an awful experience when this hotel was literally on the doorstep of NYC.

the hotel was excellent, amenitic was everything good like ac, tv. room and washroom clean and hygienic, loved the location accessibility to many local places.

When I booked this room , I done my payment with upi its means already I paid the cost of room and the hotel owner demand more money about 1000 in check in time .

My experience at the hotel was great! I was able to check-in and check-out seamlessly, the service staff was helpful, and the amenities were pretty good.
