NillSTAY AWAY from this place! Worst experience ever. The pictures of the hotel and the rooms (including the building itself) are fake and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. All the interior decor has been taken down! The rooms look like prison cells, there was no toilet paper in any of our rooms, no water, hair on the sheets, filthy towels, smelly pillows and sheets, huge holes in the walls, extremely dirty walls, and all of the beds were broken! (In 3 rooms!). Insanely loud music playing as well It was impossible to stay so we checked out soon after checking in. We had already paid half for our booking and we didn’t get our money back. The receptionist claimed that they only have a few rooms in the hotel that look like the photos and they were fully booked. It’s a huge scam, and I believe all the positive reviews are from the previous owner. It says “lotus petal” on the outside so the name of the hotel hasn’t been even been updated. Stay away from this place, it’s filthy, gross, cheap, and sleazy. You’re not allowed to order food from outside and their restaurant food is dishusting and overpriced.

NillI had the most disappointing experience at this hotel, which I booked through the OYO app. The pictures on the app looked great, and I prepaid it to secure my booking. Upon arrival, I showed my booking to the receptionist, who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She questioned why I had booked online in a tone that made it clear she was looking to overcharge me if I had booked it offline. After 15 minutes of unnecessary struggle, we were finally given our rooms, and that’s when the nightmare truly began. The rooms we were given were nothing like the pictures online. It was evident that the images were heavily edited. Poor ventilation, dirty bedsheets, and broken locks in both rooms made for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Despite booking two rooms, they grudgingly agreed to change only one after further complaints. We tried seeking help from OYO’s customer service, and while they genuinely attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the property owner multiple times, he simply did not respond. The experience worsened when we decided to dine at their rooftop restaurant. It took an unbelievable 1.5 hours to get our order, only to find out they didn’t even have the basic ingredients and had to go out shopping before preparing our food. The cherry on top was the staff’s rudeness. The receptionist, especially the lady with glasses, was outright disrespectful and dismissive. This hotel is the worst thing that can happen to Jaipur. I urge anyone considering this place to rethink and save themselves the frustration.

NillTo begin with the hotel doesn't have the name mentioned, it's soft petal it took me an hour to figure out. It's a very cheap hotel. Not sure if it's Super Townhouse or the worst town house in Jaipur. The bed has hair in it. The toilet seat had stains on it, towel was used and torn. The geyser doesn't provide hot water. No toilet paper. They shifted to 2 different rooms after the argument and yet the same result. Prebook breakfast means only one item from the limited choice menu that too took 2 hours to deliver. I will suggest not to book this hotel even for free.

I told them to send it by post and sent them my details. I also told them I would send the postal cost using Google Pay. But there was no reply from their side. If any authority watches, read this message. Please help me

NillDon't go to this property .. their rooms very small and congested have cockroaches..bedsheets are not clean .. staff is rude .. they don't accept prepayments.. food is average... And on top of every thing toilets are dirty have stain marks .. unbearable property
